Salmon with Avocado

For the last 30+ days we were on the Whole30 plan and had great results. My personal results: 7lbs & 7.25 inches. We are koe in the reintroduction phase and it is killing me! Stomach aches are coming back as I introduce things like dairy. I am starting to think that staying W30 is the way to go. I feel almost relieved when it is a fully compliant day. Funny how far we have come. Black coffee only for me by choice. It's wild. Here is tonight's dinner and it was excellent!

Target Marketing

Overheard in the Rossignol household:

Chase: I want to have 40 years of fun, Dad. Tim: 40 years of fun?
Chase: Yeah, Chucky Cheese gives it to you.
Tim: Its not that fun and they don't "give" you anything, even the bad pizza.
Chase: Ok, what about one of those tubs you can walk into?
Tim: You mean the ones for the elderly?
Chase: Yeah, I guess. How much water do you think we could get in there?
Dana: You can't swim in those tubs, if that's what you are thinking.
Chase: *silence* Ok, never mind then.

Chase: Dad, can you get me something out of the treat bin?
Tim: Its almost time for dinner.
Chase: But I miss you when you are working and if you got me a treat I could think of you and make this face...*makes pleasant smiling face*
Tim: :blink:blink: *seems to contemplate*
Chase: *holding pleasant smiling face while sensing weakness*
Dana: You know he is tricking you, right?
Chase: *glances at Dana and then saunters off*
Tim: I swear I knew that, but the face.....
Dana: It's like you just met him.
