Do you need a quick and easy breakfast/lunch/dinner option? This is super easy and tasty. I love topping it with an over easy egg. Watch the olive oil - you really don't need more than a teaspoon. Want to add a healthy carb? Make sweet potato fries! Add 1 yellow.

This is a total body - low rep, high weight - workout that I did today. Anything that doesn't require weights (Plank, sprints, Push-ups, etc) would be a 30 second drill. Enjoy!
